So nice to meet you!

Hi! I’m Alison. I’m a wife and mom of three grown kids, and it’s taken a lot to bring me to this place of good health and self-acceptance - 59 years to be exact.

Throughout my adult life I’ve done every diet under the sun, and I still wasn’t healthy. Can you guess why? Because fad diet and exercise plans don’t work, at least not long term. Over the past few years I’ve learned from trial and error what DOES work, and have coached countless clients on their journeys. Not only did I lose weight but I finally figured out what made me really happy and that changed EVERYTHING!

2020 was my year for transformation - Are you ready for yours?

My Approach

Our bodies are miraculous, but we put them through a lot - overeating & drinking, job & financial stress, menopause, lack of sleep, raising kids…it all takes a toll. The older you get, the harder it can be to feel healthy, find life balance, make time for self-care, and lose or keep off excess weight. As a health coach, I specialize in looking at health holistically while incorporating eating and movement techniques into your lifestyle. Through these techniques and habits I’ve helped countless clients not just lose weight, but keep it off for good.

I will show you how you can make you body a fat-burning machine that will not only allow you to release weight but heal inflammation caused by excess weight gain and unhealthy living. Let’s face it, menopause wreaks havoc on your body and the old ways of getting weight off, improving our cholesterol and blood pressure, just don’t work anymore. I went thought it and it is so frustrating. I have thrown out countless wardrobes because nothing fits. My process will allow you to fit into all those clothes you are hanging onto in your closet!

If I learned anything in the past few years, it’s that time is short and our health is super important. If you’re willing to make a commitment to yourself and your health, and tune into the true needs of your body, you will be amazed at the transformations that can happen. As a mother and former Director of Development for private schools, much of my adult life has been focused on the health and well-being of others. For years I would attempt to lose the weight I’d put on over the past couple decades with varying degrees of success, but I could never keep it off.

Enter 2020. Going through a challenging year taught me a lot. That life is short and our health is all we’ve got. And it is urgent and imperative we make the most of it. I watched my parents struggle the last 6-7 years of their life due to lifestyle induced health challenges, and knew it was time to make changes for my personal health once and for all.

I’ve never been much for fanatic hard-core workouts, but I found activities I love like walking, stretching, dancing, and “age appropriate” weight lifting. I also adopted a different eating approach. With these two simple steps, I feel the best I’ve felt in decades! No more inflammation, achy joints, brain fog, or low energy. I’m proud to say that I feel amazing. And when you feel amazing, you look amazing.

I’m currently styling my best life in sunny San Diego, and as certified Holistic Health Coach, I work with clients locally in-person, and virtually all across the country! Ready to get started? Check out how I can help.
